Who are we?
Find out more…
We are a congregation that exists to glorify and enjoy God. We desire to do so by worshipping him, exalting Christ in all that we do and making his saving grace the foundation of our fellowship and life.
Westminster is a congregation of the Orthodox Presbyterian Church, which has over 30,000 members and over 300 churches across the United States, as well as active mission work around the world and at home. Westminster is a church committed to proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ, making disciples, and spreading the good news. We have a rich diversity of nationalities, races, and people from all kinds of backgrounds and rejoice in God’s grace to bring us together in Christ. Worship at Westminster is the high-point of our life. In worship we gather together to worship the triune God through his prescribed ways by the Spirit, through the Son, to the glory of God the Father. We sing psalms, hymns and spiritual songs, pray, hear God’s word, celebrate the sacraments, and give, with reverence and awe, and with joy and celebration for what God has done for us in Jesus Christ. Westminster is a vibrant and spiritually minded church that seeks to bring glory to God by loving him and our neighbor. We welcome you to visit!
What do we believe?
Find out more…
We believe the faith taught in the Scriptures and as it is confessed in the historic creeds of the Church. There is one God, and this God is three persons, the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, who are the same in substance and equal in power and glory. We believe that the Triune God has reveled himself and his will for us in the Word of God. The Bible is our only rule for faith and practice. The Bible reveals to us that we have all sinned, and fall short of God’s glory, but that God has sent his Son, Jesus Christ, to die for our sins and bring us new life, so that whoever believes in him will not perish, but will have eternal life.
